Alex Bryce, MSE, CSCS

Alex Bryce, MSE, CSCS, is the Head Coach at Strength Care Consultants, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, has earned his Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, and obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Strength and Conditioning with a Minor in Sport Nutrition. Coach Bryce has a unique blend of academic knowledge and real-world experience, working with a number of world champion athletes across a variety of sports.

Christine Conti

Christine is an international fitness educator, speaker, course author, Arthritis and Orthopedic Fitness Specialist, and creator of SCW Chronic Disease Specialist Certification. She has worked over 20 years in the medical fitness industry helping to prevent and battle disease through healthy lifestyles. Christine serves on the MedFIT Network education advisory board, she is an avid podcaster, as well as the creator of FallPROOF Fall Prevention and Let’s FACE It Together Facial Exercise & Rehabilitation. Christine’s signature best-selling book, SPLIT-SECOND COURAGE, was released in January 2022.

Dr. Samantha Davis, DPT

Dr. Samantha Davis, DPT (aka Dr. Sam) is a former Collegiate Athlete and Doctor of Physical Therapy passionate about helping others achieve optimal health. She has a degree in biology and 10+ years’ Experience in Physical Therapy. She is certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Functional Movement Screening, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, and Therapeutic Cupping. A Co-owner of SHAPE Enterprise, LLC, Dr. Sam is also a certified Xtreme Hip Hop Master Trainer.

Sohailla Digsby, RDN, LD

Sohailla Digsby is a registered dietitian, author, and developer of the life-changing 52-day Best Body Countdown program for gyms to provide the missing piece of the fitness puzzle: nutrition with accountability. With over 20 years of experience as a fitness pro and RD, Sohailla provides nutrition coaching and runs an online membership-based group that’s not just about the weight you lose, but the life you gain! She has authored three books to help fitness professionals guide their clients to their goals and maintain their Best Bodies.

Amanda Fearheiley, RDN, LD, CPT

Amanda Fearheiley, RDN, LD, CPT, has been a registered dietitian for over 20 years and immersed in the fitness field for over 15. She is in private practice, owner, and CEO of Afnutrition Services, where she empowers her clients of all ages to improve their health through nutrition and movement. In particular, she incorporates food as fuel, food as medicine, and mindful eating approaches. Amanda also teaches group fitness classes that include cycling and strength building. In her spare time, she loves spending time outdoors exploring parks and nature with her husband and three children.

Katrina Foe

Katrina Foe is a 2nd generation Pilates instructor, NCPT (PMA) certified, owner of Personalized Pilates in Scottsdale, Arizona, and author of Nutritional Pilates (Jan. ‘23). Katrina was trained by Lolita SanMiguel and then taught alongside her as her anatomy teacher. She also trains instructors worldwide with her innovative online Pilates Freedom program. Katrina is board certified in holistic nutrition, trained to read functional labs, has 7 kids, and lives on a small farm in Idaho.

Dillan Foss

Dillan Foss was born and raised in Rhode Island and earned his bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and a Master’s in Nutrition for Human Performance from Lasell University. He is a certified health professional with Nutrametrix, a former collegiate basketball player, works at Gravity + Oxygen Fitness, & owns Limitless Theory, which is about creating nutrition, fitness, and economic freedom. 

Larry Howard, MS, CSCS

Larry holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from Northeastern Illinois University and a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Larry also holds a certified personal training certification from NESTA, a level 1 certification from TRX, an Insanity Instructor Certification from Beach Body, and a Tactical Fitness Instructor Certification from Strategic Army Fitness (START Fitness). 

Nicholas Lambe

Nick Lambe is a long-time coach and educator in the industry who specializes in helping fitness professionals implement health principles to improve impact. Notably, this approach focuses on sleep and recovery. Nick is a Clinical Sleep Health Educator and created the comprehensive Sleep & Recovery Coaching Certification, a course that provides a framework for improving clients’ recovery. Partnerships with Nick’s work include The US Marines, The US Olympic Committee, and Google. 

Melissa Layne, MEd

Melissa is a Kinesiology Department Faculty Member at the University of North Georgia. She has 35 years of experience in the fitness industry and a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology. Melissa is the author of WATER EXERCISE (Human Kinetics 2015), a member of the SCW educational faculty, and wrote the SCW Nutrition Coaching for Fitness Professionals Certification, the SCW Nutrition, Hormones & Metabolism Certification, and contributed to the SCW Active Aging Certification. .

Jonathan Mike, PhD

Jonathan Mike, PhD, CSCS*D, NSCA-CPT*D, USAW, NKT-2, currently teaches in the exercise science and sports performance program at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. He has spoken at over 40 events including many for NSCA, and other organizations. He has been published in over 2 dozen peer-reviewed and non-peer research journals and has written nine book chapters in the areas of sports nutrition and strength training and conditioning. 

Dr. Candice Seti, Psy.D.

Known as “The Weight-Loss Therapist” online, Dr. Seti is a licensed clinical psychologist, certified nutrition coach, certified weight management specialist, certified expert life coach, certified personal trainer, and certified insomnia treatment clinician with a private practice in San Diego, California. She is the best-selling author of Shatter the Yoyo and The Self Sabotage Behavior Workbook, is a featured contributor to numerous blogs and websites, and has appeared on many television and radio networks. Dr. Candice Seti is committed to helping others achieve health and wellness while gaining self-confidence, stopping self-sabotage, and achieving their goals through behavioral lifestyle and cognitive changes. 

Tricia Silverman, RD, LDN, MBA

Tricia is a registered dietitian, fitness instructor, and wellness coach. She is an international virtual and live presenter, and the author of the award-winning international Amazon Bestseller, Healthy Dividends: Investments in Nutrition, Movement, and Healthy Habits that Pay Off. She developed and leads the SCW Nutrition for Active Aging Certification. Tricia teaches Nutrition Entrepreneurship and Healthy Aging for Northeastern University, and serves as the Faculty Lead, where she helps oversee the Applied Nutrition Program and the Certificate in Integrative Health and Wellness.

Amber Toole

Amber Toole is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Health from Georgia Southern University. She has 30 years of experience in the Fitness Industry and loves to share her expertise with other Fitness Professionals. It is her life’s mission to spread the truth about fitness and nutrition through education. She is the owner of The Training Toole – a Fitness and Nutrition Studio in Ocala, Florida, an SCW Educator and Fit Pro Mentor.
