Each one hour time block includes 6 sessions with a total of 36 sessions.  There are 4 live-streaming zoom sessions in each time block, plus 2 sessions of fantastic pre-recorded education. Unlike our typical in-person conventions where we are limited by room size, our streaming rooms have no limits—you don’t have to commit to a class schedule ahead of time.

RAINA CHILDERS-RICHMOND, MS, RDN, CHC

Raina is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Health Coach. She developed, facilitated, and managed outpatient adult, pre-surgical, adolescent nutrition, and weight loss service lines in medical fitness centers south of St. Louis, MO for 15 years where she trained, mentored, and managed a team of Registered Dietitians, and Health Coaches. Raina has also helped health organizations around the country establish or expand nutrition and weight management offerings. DR. ASHLEY VAROL, PhD

Dr. Ashley Varol, PhD, is a teaching faculty member at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Previous roles include creating and launching the University of Cincinnati’s employee wellness program and managing a team of over 100 fitness instructors and trainers at the UC Campus Recreation Center. Ashley serves as a Subject Matter Expert for the American Council on Exercise, by whom she is PT, GFit, Health Coach & Medical Exercise Specialist certified.
